This is true for all Estate Sales held by RC Estate Management Services - the early bird gets the worm, and we will honour a list of names on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are not present when your name is called, we will move on to the next name on the list. Typically, our lists are posted 1 hour before the start of the sale - get there early to secure your spot!
RULE #2 : BE PATIENT AND KIND
The day of an Estate Sale can be hectic, but your patience and kindness will go a long way in ensuring that everyone has a pleasant experience. Wait your turn for entry, and don't fight over items once inside the sale.
RULE #3 : BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE AND PACKING MATERIALS
It is a good idea to bring a bag or basket into the sale with you so you can collect what you'd like to purchase all at once. If you're planning on buying lots of china or fragile items, it is a good idea to come with packing material as well - you will be responsible for making sure your purchases can get safely home. And if you are hoping to purchase large pieces of furniture, make sure that you have a vehicle available for its removal as well as strong arms to help you get it loaded - we are not responsible for loading or transporting purchases.
RULE #4 : NO DICKERING
Prices are FAIR & FIRM. Please do not try to bargain or ask for a deal, as they will not be entertained. If you are hoping to pay a lower price for an item, come back on the last day of the sale and you might find that any items that are left are discounted in the last few hours of the Sale!
RULE #5 : RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS
An Estate Sale will typically draw a very large crowd, especially on the first day of the Sale. Please be respectful of the neighbours by parking considerately and keeping off of lawns and private driveways.
RULE #6 : ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are sold as-is, where-is, and all sales are final, no exceptions.
